let me pick hold music (1 for rock, 2 no music, 3 for...
let me pick what kind of hold music i want, or optinally no hold music (i put ppl on speakerphone while waiting on hold, but i always have my own music on in the background, i need feedback that the call hasn't dropped off but otherwise no music)

Time zone manager
