Time zone manager
I travel a lot and if I could set my working hours myself, then only calls would come through when I'm awake, and otherwise forward straight to voicemail.

let me pick hold music (1 for rock, 2 no music, 3 for...
let me pick what kind of hold music i want, or optinally no hold music (i put ppl on speakerphone while waiting on hold, but i always have my own music on in the background, i need feedback that the call hasn't dropped off but otherwise no music)

if expected to be on the phone for more than a few minutes I want to enter my phone number and get a call back (it could ring the company phone "a caller has requested a call back, call back now or in how many minutes?")
